Application Instructions for NSU

In order to apply for a nursing online degree program, you must complete your application in its entirety. Have a question or need help? Call 844-351-6656.

Follow these simple steps to apply:

1. Go to apply.nsuok.edu for the Northeastern State University’s online application.
2. Select “Graduate” to begin the application.
3. Please select “first time user account creation” to begin create an account.
   1. Create a unique user name and pin number to complete the application. Record this information so that you may easily save and access your application.
4. From the drop-down box at the bottom of the page, please choose “Graduate/Master’s Level”
5. On the following page, please select the preferred Admission Term: Fall, Spring or Summer.
   1. Complete the required areas in this section: Admission Term, First Name and Last Name.
6. Next you will completed the required fields for the “Name” section.
   1. If you have not attended NSU before type “NA” in the box at the bottom.
7. When you reach the Planned Course of Study section, choose “Nursing, MSN”
   1. Choose one of the following concentrations
      1. NURS Adm Leadership Nursing
      2. NURS Nursing Education
      3. NURS Nursing Informatics
8. In the Education and Work Experience section, please answer all questions.
9. Once you have completed the application, click the “application is complete” button.
   1. At this point, you will be asked to enter your credit card information.
   2. Applications will not be processed until payment has been received.
10. You should now complete the “Nursing Supplemental Form.”
